Role Summary:

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating complex technical projects, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation. You will leverage your technical background and project management expertise to ensure successful delivery of technology initiatives, optimize team performance, and drive strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and budget
  • Implement and maintain Agile project management methodologies
  • Conduct detailed technical and feasibility assessments
  • Provide strategic guidance on technology solutions
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, or Information Technology
  • Professional Experience:
    1. At least 2 years of experience in technical project management
    2. Background as an ex-developer preferred
    3. Experience in managing technology-driven projects
  • Technical Skills:
    1. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
    2. Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies
    3. Knowledge of technical architectures and system design
    4. Familiarity with project management tools
    5. Understanding of software development technologies
