About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee our technical initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute technical projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Lead cross-functional teams using Agile principles, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
- Analyze complex challenges, evaluate potential solutions, and implement strategies to address them effectively.
- Communicate project objectives, progress, and roadblocks clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Drive innovation while maintaining alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Proven background as an ex-developer, with a strong technical foundation.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills to evaluate complex systems and provide actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience managing teams using Agile principles is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site (WFO).
