Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create and innovate while making significant contributions toward independent progress.
- Conduct technical process analysis and map out business processes.
- Coordinate products or projects, interpret the implemented solutions, and facilitate in-depth sessions for further detailing.
- Document and analyze current business processes and the underlying systems/applications.
- Prepare detailed documentation and specifications of functional requirements and related business activities.
- Negotiate requirements with technical effort analysis results.
- Develop both high-level and detailed designs for each screen and business process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Solution Designer, Solution Architect, or equivalent role.
- Prior experience as a Developer.
- Background as a Backend Developer/Engineer.
- Familiarity with Microservices, SOA, and Programming Principles.
- Knowledge of Agile SDLC Methodology.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates initiative, discipline, responsibility, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or within a team, and coordinate with other relevant teams.
- Capable of contributing ideas for team improvement.
- Strong analytical skills.
Additional Skills:
- Experience in leading or supervising a team.
- Background in Solution Architecture.
Additional Information:
Salary up to IDR 12,700,000 (depending on your skills and experience).
