Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create and innovate while making significant contributions toward independent progress.
- Serve as a facilitator for one or more Scrum Teams, providing support to the Scrum Team (Product Owner, Development Team, and Stakeholders).
- Monitor the Scrum Team’s progress, ensuring the development process remains agile, adaptive, transparent, and professional.
- Uphold the Scrum Core Values within the Scrum Team: Courage, Focus, Openness, Respect, and Commitment.
- Monitor the Development Team to protect their focus from external interventions and impediments.
- Escalate and resolve impediments faced by the Development Team.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure the Scrum Team’s development aligns with the agreed Sprint Goals.
- Prioritize the Product Backlog based on value and urgency with the Product Owner.
- Monitor the Development Team’s execution of Scrum Ceremonies.
- Analyze issues and proactively assist the Scrum Team in finding both short-term and long-term solutions.
- Identify opportunities and implement process and workflow improvements to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
- Facilitate training or knowledge-sharing sessions for the Scrum Team and the broader organization regarding Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
- Collaborate with other teams inside and outside of IT through positive, clear, and constructive communication.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Group Head with full accountability.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in software development projects (SDLC).
- Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
- Proven experience in conducting Scrum Ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Development Team member, or Project Manager.
- Experience as a Developer, Coder, or Analyst.
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
- Experience in administering tools such as Jira/Confluence or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to conduct Scrum Ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives).
Additional Skills:
- Product Owner Certification.
- Scrum Developer Certification.
Additional Information:
Salary up to IDR 12,700,000 (depending on your skills and experience).
