Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure software quality and functionalities align with business requirements and standards.
• Execute manual testing processes to validate software performance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive testing documentation.
• Develop detailed test cases and scenarios prior to Sprint Start.
• Debug, track, and resolve defects and bugs effectively.
• Collaborate within value-driven, customer-first teams to deliver innovative platforms.
• Contribute to the entire platform delivery cycle, from ideation to deployment.
• Onboard new suppliers in INDICO DFE.

Requirements:

Mandatory Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a QA professional.
• Experience in Agile development methodology.
• Proficiency with testing tools such as Postman and Insomnia.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in API Testing.
• Familiarity with SQL queries for database validation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Node.js.
• Knowledge of Gherkin language for behavior-driven development.
• Proficiency in testing automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Mocha & Chai, Jest).
• Experience with JavaScript for testing and development tasks.
• Hands-on experience with API automation and advanced testing frameworks.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and debugging skills to identify and resolve issues.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proactive approach to quality assurance with a customer-first mindset.
