Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Drive innovation and contribute significantly to the company's progress.
• Act as a facilitator, serving one or multiple Scrum Teams, including Product Owner, Development Team, and Stakeholders.
• Monitor Scrum Team’s progress to ensure agile, adaptive, transparent, and professional development.
• Uphold and implement Scrum Core Values: Courage, Focus, Openness, Respect, and Commitment.
• Protect Development Team from external interruptions and impediments.
• Escalate and find solutions for impediments faced by the Development Team.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure development aligns with agreed Sprint Goals.
• Prioritize Product Backlog based on value and urgency with the Product Owner.
• Oversee Development Team in conducting Scrum Ceremonies.
• Analyze issues and proactively assist the Scrum Team in finding short-term and long-term solutions.
• Identify opportunities and implement process and workflow improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions on Agile methodology and Scrum framework.
• Foster collaboration with internal and external teams through clear, constructive communication.
• Execute assigned tasks responsibly as directed by the Group Head.
• Manage operational risk, including identification, assessment, monitoring, control, and mitigation, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and acting as a role model in operational control.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in software development projects (SDLC).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Development Team member, or Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum Ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development projects (SDLC).
• At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Development Team member, or Project Manager.
• Experience in software development, coding, or system analysis.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Practical experience in executing Scrum Ceremonies.

Additional Skills:

• Certified Product Owner.
• Certified Scrum Developer.
