About the Role:
AXA Indonesia is looking for a Project Manager to lead and manage critical projects with precision and efficiency. If you are a proactive leader with excellent communication and organizational skills, this role is your opportunity to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and oversee project execution to ensure alignment with timelines, goals, and deliverables.
- Communicate effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbally and in writing, to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, budgets, and timelines while maintaining a clear focus on objectives.
- Address and resolve issues as they arise to ensure seamless project continuity.
- Oversee and optimize resources to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate on financial and big data processing-related projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company goals.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing successful projects.
- Strong skills in communication, both verbal and written, in Bahasa and English.
- Excellent time management and risk management capabilities.
- Experience managing project budgets effectively.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
- Previous experience as a Project Manager in a General Insurance company is required.
- Familiarity with projects related to big data processing and finance is essential.
- Experience in handling IFRS-related projects is a strong advantage.
Work Location and Arrangement:
- Hybrid working setup: 3 days WFO at AXA Tower, Kuningan City, South Jakarta, and 2 days WFH.
- A strategic and collaborative work environment in the heart of Jakarta.
