Key Responsibilities:
Project Management Tools & Reporting:
- Utilize project management tools like Jira, MS Project, and MS Excel to track and manage project progress.
- Maintain detailed and accurate project reports, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed on milestones, risks, and timelines.
Project Methodology Implementation:
- Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Adapt project management strategies based on project size, scope, and requirements.
Leadership & Team Collaboration:
- Lead and motivate project teams to ensure high-quality execution and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, facilitating communication and decision-making processes.
Problem-Solving & Flexibility:
- Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing environments and unexpected challenges.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Junior: 0–2 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
- Mid-Level: 3–5 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of success.
- Senior: 6+ years of experience managing complex projects or portfolios, with expertise in handling large-scale or high-impact projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or related fields.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies (preferred).
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficiency with project management tools, including Jira, MS Project, and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
Additional Qualifications:
- Multilingual skills or industry-specific experience (optional but beneficial).
- Experience in cloud migration projects is a strong advantage.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
