Role Summary
As a Middleware Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the Apigee API Gateway, establishing integration flows, and ensuring detailed documentation. You will play a critical role in managing API policies and supporting service flows within the Kreditplus ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, create, and maintain API Policies within Apigee.
- Implement and maintain the API portal for streamlined integrations.
- Collaborate with other teams for cross-functional integrations.
- Document all integration processes and maintain updated records.
- Manage and enhance API policies and portal functionalities.
- Design and develop interfaces for various integrations.
- Support existing services with Apigee middleware tools.
- Conduct research to align middleware capabilities with business needs.
- Assist in designing, developing, integrating, testing, and deploying new or modified applications.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain integration models.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years working with Apigee API Management.
- Technical Skills: Knowledgeable in GCP/AWS, CORS, API Proxy, API Policies, Quotas, and API monetization.
- Proficient in OpenAPI/Swagger documentation, Portal Development, and SCM tools like Git, SVN, or Source Safe.
- Familiarity with API Testing Automation.
- Strong understanding of Microservices and SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture).
- Experience in API Integration (WebServices, SOAP/WSDL, RESTful, JSON, XML, GraphQL).
- Strong research skills and ability to work collaboratively.
