General Criteria:
- At least 2 years of experience in learning design, content development, or professional training.
- Proficient in foundational theories: Bloom's Taxonomy, Experiential Learning, ADDIE Model, and Backward Design, Mapping, & Planning.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering professional-level training content, especially in digital transformation and technology.
- Ability to design innovative and interactive learning experiences leveraging modern technologies.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, teams, and external trainers.
Key Qualifications:
- Ability to synthesize client needs into actionable learning objectives.
- Perform Learning Need Analysis (LNA) under guidance or independently.
- Design interactive learning modules (including digital/tech topics) using various learning methods.
- Create static (e.g., documents, slides) and dynamic (e.g., videos, animations) learning assets.
- Develop assessment tools to evaluate learning sessions, including taxonomy-level tests.
- Assist as a facilitator or co-facilitator in online or offline learning sessions.
- Evaluate learning sessions and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Build relationships, manage deliverables, and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and trainers.
- Provide clear briefings and coordination to stakeholders.
- Manage training assets (content, assessment tools, technologies).
- Align and coordinate with team members to ensure efficient delivery.
- Proficient in Excel with basic formula knowledge.
- Explore and leverage learning technologies to enhance effectiveness.
- Evaluate, monitor, analyze, and improve the performance of learning content and delivery effectiveness to align with training objectives.
Job Scope:
- Analyze learning needs for clients or internal teams.
- Design result-oriented learning experiences tailored to digital transformation and technology topics.
- Develop learning modules, content materials, and assessment tools with an innovative approach. Also manage and maintenance content library & asset
- Manage the acquisition, coordination, deliverables, and payment process of SMEs or trainers as per specific needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of learning objectives.
- Lead training sessions as a facilitator or co-facilitator for both online and offline formats.
- Evaluate training sessions to measure effectiveness and impact.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for management on training success and areas for further improvement.
- Explore new technologies and trends to continuously enhance learning quality.
