Overview:
We are looking for a motivated person to deployed as a Junior Talent Analyst with expertise in handling tech communities, talent recruitment, and performance analysis. If you are passionate about growing talent networks and using data-driven strategies to recruit and nurture top tech talent, we want you to join our team!

Requirement:
- Bachelor's in human resources, Psychology, Business, Data, or related field.
- 1 + years of experience in talent analytics, recruitment, or HR.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data for decision-making to drive recruitment and performance insights.
- Have experience in data analysis and reporting tools at least Excel and or Google Sheet (SQL, Looker, Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus).
- Familiarity with talent management systems (e.g., ATS, HRIS).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work across teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.

Responsibilities:
- Build, engage, and foster a thriving tech talent community, both online and offline.
- Work with recruitment teams to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and sourcing channels.
- Analyze hiring data to ensure recruitment targets are met and suggest improvements in sourcing and hiring processes.
- Monitor talent performance and engagement data to provide insights on workforce development needs.
- Develop and implement data-driven processes to measure and analyze the performance of recruited talent, providing actionable insights.
- Able to do market & talent Research and up to date with trends in talent acquisition and market demands, providing competitive insights to optimize recruitment strategies.
