JIRA Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Jira platform, including configuration of workflows, issue types, custom fields, and permissions
• Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for Jira users to ensure smooth operations
• Develop and maintain custom reports using Jira Query Language (JQL) to deliver actionable insights
• Implement and manage integrations between Jira and other collaboration tools, particularly Slack
• Create and optimize automation processes using Jira Automation
• Conduct training sessions for team members on Jira best practices and provide ongoing support
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Jira configurations and processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Jira Administrator or Specialist
• Strong understanding of Jira's Agile methodologies, project management, and workflows
• Advanced proficiency in JQL with demonstrated ability to create custom reports and dashboards
• Solid experience with the Atlassian suite of products
• Experience in Slack Bot Development
• Knowledge of Lark integration is a plus
