Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven working experience in providing help desk support
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, networking, and operating systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS environments
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a cool-tempered personality
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willing to work WFO (Work From Office)
