Responsibilities

  • Design and implement algorithms to support software functionality and system efficiency.
  • Develop, test, and maintain both front-end and back-end components using React, .NVC, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C#.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React while integrating them efficiently with back-end services.
  • Optimize application performance by implementing best practices in front-end and back-end development.
  • Integrate third-party services and APIs when necessary to enhance application functionality.
  • Debug and resolve complex software issues with minimal supervision.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.
  • Contribute to technical decision-making for small to medium-scale projects.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in fullstack development, with a proven ability to work independently on complex tasks.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in React for front-end development, with experience in state management and component-based architecture.
  • Strong experience in .NET Core, .NVC, ASP.NET, and C# for back-end development.
  • Experience with database management (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API development, integration, and optimization.
  • Familiarity with software testing methodologies, debugging techniques, and version control systems (Git).
  • Ability to handle intermediate technical challenges with minimal supervision.

Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Strong analytical and debugging skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Capable of handling performance optimizations and scalability improvements.
  • Ability to proactively identify and solve software defects with minimal guidance.

Work Arrangement

  • Contract Type: Minimum 3 months (probationary period), extendable to 6 or 12 months based on performance.
  • Work Location: Full on-site at Jl. Prof. DR. Satrio Kav. E-IV No.6, Kuningan, Karet Kuningan, Setiabudi, South Jakarta, DKI Jakarta 1294.
  • Work Environment: Collaborative full on-site work model, requiring close coordination with team members and other stakeholder.

  • Behavioral and technical interview with the hiring panel.
