About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dynamic, user-centric web and mobile applications using ReactJS and React Native.
- Utilize NextJS for server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
- Build responsive and cross-browser-compatible user interfaces with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Manage application state efficiently using libraries like Redux and integrate design systems such as MUI or Carbon Design System.
- Implement and maintain seamless integrations with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms like JWT.
- Optimize applications for performance across various devices and platforms.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that aligns with best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in web development with a focus on frontend technologies, including at least 1-2 years using ReactJS and NextJS.
- Hands-on experience with React Native for mobile application development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience in responsive design and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with state management tools (Redux) and design systems (MUI or Carbon Design System).
- Proven ability to implement SSR and SSG in applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for design and user experience.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work on-site (WFO).
