DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and other automation technologies to streamline deployment processes.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable automated build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Oversee and manage cloud infrastructure, with hands-on experience in GCP and Huawei platforms.
• Ensure cloud infrastructure scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Set up and maintain comprehensive logging, monitoring, and alerting systems for infrastructure, applications, and services to ensure proactive issue detection.
• Manage containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm Charts.
• Oversee the orchestration of containers to ensure seamless deployment and scaling.
• Create and maintain scripts or tools using languages such as shell, Python, Go, or Ruby for automation and system management.
• Develop custom solutions to improve efficiency and performance across systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues with a strong focus on Linux OS.
• Identify and address infrastructure problems to ensure high availability and performance.

Requirements:

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience with DevOps practices, including Infrastructure as Code (IAC), CI/CD, and Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure management (preferably GCP and Huawei).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in using DevOps tools such as Git, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and others.
• Expertise in setting up logging, monitoring, and alerting systems for infrastructure and applications.
• Extensive experience with container orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm Charts.
• Solid scripting skills in languages like shell, Python, Go, or Ruby.

System Expertise:

• Proficiency with Linux OS and strong troubleshooting skills for systems and networks.

Communication Skills:

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and other stakeholders.
