Devlead Front End

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest IT developments and implement innovative solutions in the front-end domain.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering skill development within the team.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Developer Lead.

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React Native, React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Up-to-date knowledge of IT trends and advancements.

Soft Skills:

• Leadership abilities with strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Proven problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze, evaluate, and identify solutions effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with team members.
