Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain data models and mappings to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or other visualization tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Utilize SQL Server, R/Python, and Big Query for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Stay updated with the latest tools and techniques in data analytics and visualization.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL Server and advanced Excel functionalities.
• Experience with programming languages like R or Python for data analysis.
• Familiarity with data mapping, modeling, and OLAP models.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and their application in data analysis.
• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI and other visualization tools.
• Understanding of insurance, financial, or digital business domains.
• Experience with Big Query is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

• Extremely meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work.

Other Requirements:

• Willing to work from the office (WFO).
