Responsibilities

  • Able to analyze specifications and requests from the product team/users.
  • Clearly explain the technical tasks required for the Backend Engineer, Frontend Engineer, and Tester/QA teams to execute the project in line with the product team’s expectations.
  • Identify risks and develop contingency plans as soon as possible.
  • Analyze existing plans and schedule meetings to discuss necessary improvements.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments.
  • Prepare project progress reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
  • Perform all tasks in accordance with the Company’s procedures and policies.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst role, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Technical Skills:

  • Intermediate technical proficiency, with the ability to handle complex tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with business analysis tools, requirement gathering frameworks, and relevant technologies used within the organization.
  • Experience with data analysis, process modeling, and documentation tools such as SQL, BPMN, or similar.

Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve business and technical challenges effectively.
  • Ability to identify and fix business process inefficiencies with minimal guidance.

Work Arrangement

  • Contract Type: Minimum 3 months (probationary period), extendable to 6 or 12 months based on performance.
  • Work Location: Full on-site at Jl. Prof. DR. Satrio Kav. E-IV No.6, Kuningan, Karet Kuningan, Setiabudi, South Jakarta, DKI Jakarta 1294.
  • Work Environment: Collaborative full on-site work model, requiring close coordination with team members and other stakeholder.

  • Behavioral and technical interview with the hiring panel.
