Business Analyst

‍Qualifications

• 2-3 YOE as a Business Analyst
• Minimum Bachelor's degree (in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field)
• Analytical Skills and Business Analysis
• Strong Communication skills (with users and stakeholders)
• Experience in Business Process improvement
• Ability to gather, create, and manage Business Requirements document
• Able to create BRS (Business Requirement specification) documents, UAT Scenario, and testing.
• Has an understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Has experience to handle IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
