Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop applications in alignment with business needs and Bank Mandiri's standards.
- Deliver effective and efficient working code to meet business requirements as the primary responsibility before attending to other obligations.
- Analyze problem contexts and provide technological solutions to address business challenges.
- Document ideas, problems, and solutions in a shared platform to ensure continuity in product development and team progress.
- Collaborate with all business and IT stakeholders in product development.
- Take responsibility for the overall system architecture and design, ensuring each feature is consistent with others in the context of both backend and end-to-end solutions.
- Collaborate on integrating products with Bank Mandiri’s internal and external surrounding systems.
- Assume full responsibility for product completion, including coordinating with the team to prepare infrastructure components, automation scripts for deployment/delivery, and maintaining awareness of product security.
- Monitor all backend services during development, testing, and production phases.
- Manage operational risks for each business process by identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling, and mitigating risks, including data quality and reporting. Ensure risk events are handled per bank regulations and act as a role model in operational control practices.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree (S1) in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in backend development or equivalent roles.
- Proficiency in programming languages: Java / .Net / C# / Go.
- Expertise in .Net Core Framework, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of microservices and API.
- Familiarity with RDBMS.
- Experience with databases such as Oracle, Elastic, Redis, or MongoDB.
- Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrate initiative, discipline, responsibility, attention to detail, and an organized work style.
- Ability to work independently or in a team, with strong coordination skills across teams.
- Capable of providing input and ideas for team improvements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Skills:
- Experience leading a backend development team.
- Knowledge of containerization and microservices.
- Experience with Kafka and stream-based applications.
- Expertise in Redis, caching strategies, and data grids.
- Experience working with Elastic or other non-relational databases.
Additional Information:
Salary up to IDR 12,700,000 (depending on your skills and experience).
