Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience working in a Backend role or equivalent
- Proactive, disciplined, responsible, detail-oriented, and organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team, with strong coordination skills across related teams
- Capable of contributing ideas and suggestions for team improvement
Required Skills:
- At least 2 years' experience in Java 11 and above
- Experience managing databases, such as Oracle or PostgreSQL
- Familiar with Spring, Hibernate/ORM
- Familiar with messaging concept using Kafka or similar application
- Famililiar in either Oracle or PostgreSQL is an advantage
- Familiar with microservice concept and application
- Experience with the Quarkus Framework
- Proficient in using SQL queries
- Familiar in financial industry is an advantage
Additional Skills:
- Experience in containerization and microservices
- Knowledge of Kafka and stream-based applications
- Familiarity with Redis, caching strategies, and data grids
- Experience with Elasticsearch and other non-relational databases
