Associate Product Owner

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Conduct user experience research to gather insights and validate product decisions
• Define and articulate value propositions for new features and product developments
• Create and maintain product backlogs, ensuring proper prioritization aligned with milestone targets
• Collaborate with UI/UX team in the creation and refinement of product mockups
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and ensure proper implementation of agile methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in product management or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with agile methodologies and Scrum framework
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Understanding of UX principles and research methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management skills
